I brought in my Mac Studio with liquid damage — fully expecting to hear “it’s done.” And honestly, Max was upfront from the start that the odds weren’t great. But what impressed me was everything around that honesty. He still took the time to thoroughly diagnose it, walked me through exactly what happened and why, and genuinely tried every option before calling it. You could tell he actually cared about the outcome, not just closing a ticket. Even when the answer is “I can’t save it,” you want someone like this in your corner. I've been a client of Maxx, owner of Computer Ninjas, since I moved to West Palm Beach in 2023.  The building I was in was quite troublesome in terms of being pre-wired for internet but there were a lot of flaws in the system.  When the internet provider's technician failed time and time again over a week's time, i decided it was time to take a different approach.  I was referred to Maxx and he had one of his technicians in my house same day.  Not only that, he followed up in the evening in person to make sure everything was on track.  I am the owner of a small business and I have had a number of computer tech needs over the years.   Whenever I call, I have a response within minutes.  Most recently Maxx replaced my office with all new equipment and he did a fantastic job Identifying products that would properly fit my needs within a price range that aligned with my expectations.  I honestly don't think there is another company in Palm Beach County that is as attune to their customers individual needs as Computer Ninjas.
